Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead our HVAC projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in mechanical systems and a proven track record in managing commercial construction projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage HVAC projects from planning through execution and completion.Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all project phases.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and staff.Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management in the commercial construction sector.Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical engineering principles.Proven leadership skills and ability to manage project teams effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with project management software and tools.BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $150k - $180kBonusMedical InsuranceHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
