Client Growth ManagerSummary:Decipher's Client Growth Manager is a pivotal driver of revenue growth, strengthening our prospecting engine and accelerating sales execution. As the critical link between prospects, clients, and our internal team, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline, enabling data-driven sales activity, and delivering a seamless experience from first contact through final proposal.Core Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership with the Chief Growth OfficerPartner closely with the CGO to advance all growth initiatives. Manage meeting follow-ups, track opportunities, and ensure disciplined pipeline progression. Provide high-level administrative support including drafting and formatting proposals, managing contracts, and coordinating internal resources to enable the sales team to focus on closing business.Lead Generation & CRM ManagementBuild and advance a high-quality pipeline by proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Own the full lead lifecycle, maintaining CRM accuracy and ensuring all outreach activities and prospect interactions are captured and leveraged for insight. Conduct targeted research on markets, firms, and decision-makers, delivering actionable intelligence on industry trends, competitor positioning, and client priorities to guide strategy and sharpen business development efforts.Client & Prospect EngagementServe as a key point of contact for prospects and clients by managing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely communication throughout the sales cycle. Support pipeline management by coordinating follow-ups and keeping opportunities moving forward efficiently and professionally.Sales Enablement & EventsDevelop and maintain a library of sales tools including collateral, case studies, and updated offerings. Lead the firm's event and conference strategy by researching attendees, developing targeting strategies, and coordinating outreach to drive meaningful engagement. Play a pivotal role in turning conferences and industry events into platforms that build visibility, foster relationships, and generate new business opportunities.Qualifications & Skills:Industry Expertise7-10 years in business development, sales operations, or client growth roles (professional services/law firm experience strongly preferred). Deep understanding of the legal market, its landscape, key players, and business drivers.Business Development AcumenStrong knowledge of professional services offerings, contracts, and value propositions to support both prospecting and sales execution.Strategic & Proactive ApproachDemonstrated ability to balance proactive prospecting with reactive sales support. Comfortable starting in a support-heavy role and growing into direct business development responsibility.Technical ProficiencySkilled with CRM platforms and AI-enabled research tools. Adept at using technology to streamline processes, track pipeline activity, and generate insights.Attention to DetailExceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail, especially in CRM management, proposal drafting, and event coordination.Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000Remote PositionTravel is less than 20% annually.
