This role also oversees technology implementations across Tanner Pharma, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and projects with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Role AccountabilitiesExpected Responsibilities for the Netsuite Solutions Manager are:Lead NetSuite-related initiatives, excluding base support functions.Manage and implement new NetSuite releases and features.Work with the necessary teams to make integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise applications possible.Coordinate the requirements gathering, design, build, technical documentation, reference guides, and training for all technology initiatives.Identify and implement efficiencies within current NetSuite configurations to support scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into strategic solutions.Act as a liaison between the IT department and internal/external stakeholders.Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners and vendors.Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure.Support the management of the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and assess their potential impact on the company.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Support the transition of technology initiatives from development to production, including testing, system documentation, training, and validation.Effectively transition the support of applications in production.Conduct research and provide support for applications that align with our business requirementsExcellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Desired Candidate Profile & CapabilitiesRequired:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in NetsuiteStrong proficiency in IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with budget management and financial planning.Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with clientsAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with enterprise application ecosystems and data management practices.Project management experience in software implementation or system optimization.NetSuite certifications or equivalent experience.
