Sales Floor Associate

JOOLA is looking for an energetic, customer-focused part-time Sales Floor Associate to join our flagship store team. This is your chance to be part of a brand-new, dynamic retail experience rooted in sport, style, and community. As a JOOLA Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our brand in-store. You'll create welcoming, educational, and energetic interactions that inspire our customers"”from first-time players to seasoned pros. Responsibilities: Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right JOOLA products (paddles, apparel, accessories). Stay knowledgeable on JOOLA products, technology, and the pickleball world to offer helpful, authentic guidance. Adapt quickly to new product launches, updated store visuals, and evolving retail strategies to keep the experience fresh and relevant. Uphold JOOLA's mission and values in every interaction by promoting inclusivity, innovation, and inspiration. Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, restocking, inventory tracking, and handling transactions. Maintain store cleanliness and organization to uphold a premium, welcoming environment. Merchandise products on the sales floor following visual guidelines and seasonal strategy. Assist with inventory management including receiving shipments and restocking the sales floor. Contribute to team goals by staying proactive, collaborative, and engaged. Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through on daily tasks, individual goals, and team expectations. Be consistent and dependable in your attendance, punctuality, and performance. Proactively communicate challenges, feedback, or barriers to store leadership to support a culture of openness and improvement. Qualifications: Enthusiasm for pickleball, sports, or active lifestyle brands (no need to be a pro, just passionate!). Familiarity with the sport of pickleball is a plus, including basic rules of play, paddle types and materials, and accessories. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude. Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and positivity as priorities shift. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Availability Requirements: Must be available to work at least three weekdays (Monday-Friday), with a minimum of 5 hours per shift on those days. Must be fully available on both Saturday and Sunday. A blackout period will be in effect from November 21 through January 14, during which time time-off requests outside of stated availability may not be accommodated.
