Job Description

The Opportunity:In this dynamic role, you'll report to and partner with the National Field Sales Manager to drive retail excellence across beauty specialist accounts (Sephora/ULTA) within your assigned market. You'll champion the Carolina Herrera, Rabanne and Jean Paul Gaultier fragrance brands and the Rabanne Makeup brand by delivering hands-on immersive training experiences, orchestrating captivating store events, coordinating sales support and strengthen strategic retailer relationships while ensuring sales representatives are well trained to support our brands.What You'll Do:Maximize sales performance by analyzing weekly trends and executing data-driven strategies across your assigned doors.Cultivate and foster lasting relationships with store leadership, Beauty Advisors, and internal cross-functional teams.Empower store teams with hands-on training and engaging sales activations.Orchestrate setup, breakdown and lead of in-store events aligned with brand campaigns, launches, seasonal moments, and retailer priorities.Advocate for brand visibility and performance, ensuring top-of-mind status and strong rankings.Facilitate in-store training, touch-base sessions and one-on-one coaching reinforcing product knowledge, storytelling, and signature techniques with store and freelance sales team.Partner with Field Manager to source, manage, coach and develop pipeline of sales support, ensuring optimal coverage and seamless execution across priority doors.Represent brand values both in-store and within the local beauty community while adhering to retailer guidelines and expectations.Report weekly insights and feedback of store performance and brand execution to internal stakeholders and Field leadership.Maintain visual standards in collaboration with store merchandising team to reflect brand identity.Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment as needed.Deliver impactful product demos and customized client consultations while role-modeling behaviors to store and brand ambassador teams.Who You Are:3+ years' experience in retail beauty (Sephora/ULTA experience a plus) or luxury sales.Deep passion for fragrance and makeup with an authentic storytelling approach.Expert multitasker with stellar communication and organizational skills.Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.Familiar with your market's stores, teams, and consumer trends.Have some fluency in sales strategy and Microsoft Office, and high-energy brand advocacy.Can juggle multiple tasks like a pro, including in-store events and training.Have strong people skills and emotional intelligence.Are self-motivated, independent, and goal-orientedYou have passion for growing market share for PUIG brandsStay positive and proactive when faced with challengesHave a valid driver's license and are open to traveling within assigned market 90% of the timeAble to lift and transport training or event materials (at least 25 lbs.)EEOC:Puig is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion CommitmentAt Puig, we are continually looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences to join our team.We believe that creating an inclusive environment in which you feel welcomed, valued, engaged, and empowered strengthens our business and fosters a culture where we are inspired to work hard, challenge ourselves, and be innovative in our thinking.
