Providing the tools entrepreneurs need to stay a step ahead of the competition, Wakefern's co-operative members benefit from the company's extensive portfolio of services, including innovative technology, private label development, and best-in-class procurement practices.SummaryThe Project Analyst, Technology - Strategic Consulting Partnerships (SCP) coordinates consulting services, both onshore and offshore, across the tech division. This person is part of the team responsible for the development and implementation of the tech consulting strategy, contract negotiations, and consulting partner relationship management. This role will be a key member of the Strategic Consulting Partner taskforce, responsible for managing the daily relationships with strategic IT service providers to ensure optimal performance and value delivery. This role involves supporting multiple projects, supporting contract lifecycle management, and facilitating Monthly Service Reviews.The ability to navigate complex service agreements, track contractual obligations, and facilitate Monthly Service Reviews makes this role a key contributor to service excellence. This person will work with leads of other business units within Wakefern that are also seeking consulting partnerships and/or outsourcing initiatives. Essential Functions Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic IT service providers, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs/KPIs.Support supplier selection, onboarding, and contract lifecycle management.Coordinate cross-functional consulting initiatives ensuring successful delivery of key projects.Track renewals and contractual delivery obligations.Develop status reports of projects, making sure work is accomplished within proposed schedules and budgets. Facilitate Monthly Service Reviews (MSRs) with project teams.Identify service improvement areas and drive corrective action plans.Develop feedback / consultant evaluations and work with partner to address or reassign.Assist in project management activities such as development of project brief/charter, SOW refinement, and MSA Escalate issues and negotiate resolutions with suppliers when needed.Escalate key risks and issues to SCP leadership.Establish and maintain appropriate working relationships with other staff members, operating personnel, and vendor representatives to carry out this function.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.8- 10 years of IT supplier relationship management experience.Experience managing IT contracts and SLAs, Understanding of IT services, cloud, SaaS, and retail technology landscape.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.Analytical and financial acumen (budget tracking).Ability to work independently in a lean organization.Experience working with global delivery models and in a multi partner ecosystem.Excellent skills across Microsoft productivity suite and collaboration tools.Willingness works flexible hours.Working Conditions & Physical Demands This position requires in person office presence 4x per weekAssociate Competencies Communicate EffectivelyDrive for ResultsEmbrace ChangeDevelop YouBuilding RelationshipsStay CompetitiveCompany PerksVibrant Food Centric CultureComprehensive medical, dental and vision packageCompetitive Salary and Paid Time OffFitness Reimbursement and Well-Being ProgramCorporate Training and Development UniversityCollaborative team environmentPaid Parental Leave401KMatching Gifts and Community Volunteer Involvement
