Retail Channel Marketing Assistant

Full-time Marketing positionThis is an entry-level position ideal for someone with 1-3 years of business marketing experience looking to join the fastest-growing audio brand and dynamic marketing team. You'll do best if you enjoy working in the office (though we have a hybrid schedule after 90 days) and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: Retail Marketing and Merchandising (50%)Assist the Retail Marketing Manager in executing store display projects as needed, focusing on providing key details across the organization to product, operations, and sales teams as needed Support international display projects. Maintain and communicate up-to-date project details for point of purchase displays Coordinate and support retail marketing programs, including on-site display campaigns and other brand-building marketing activitie.International Marketing Support (30%)Support in-market programs and executions Maintain and share content across regions Coordinate marketing projects, creative and content projects Administrative and Events Marketing (20%)Support marketing team eventsCreate and plan logistics for events, including kits for sales to support trade showsOrder, ship, and plan marketing event materials, collateral, and moreOrganize marketing event materialsRequirements:1-3 years of marketing experience or internship Project management experience. Proficiency in Office products - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams Nice to have: Project management experience using a program like Asana; Canva design usage Willingness to learn and grow in the role Enthusiasm for audio, technology, sports, and music Travel and occasional weekend work, depending on the event Must love dogs and dogs in the office Salary range: $55k - $65k We are unable to support visa sponsorship for this role.
