A leading union design-build mechanical contractor is seeking a Mechanical Designer or Engineer with a strong background in HVAC design to join a growing engineering team.About the RoleDesign HVAC and mechanical systems using Revit for large-scale industrial, healthcare, commercial, and multifamily projects.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with project managers, field teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality, coordinated solutions.Contribute to 3D models, fabrication drawings, and construction documents.Provide technical expertise in equipment selection, scope development, pricing, and field support.Grow into leadership opportunities as the team expands.Qualifications2+ years of MEP mechanical design experience (HVAC focus).Proficiency in Revit.Knowledge of Minnesota Mechanical & Energy Codes and ASHRAE standards.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Required SkillsHVAC design experience.Proficiency in Revit.Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary (DOE).
