We are Residential ConstructionWe are a Baton Rouge Residential Construction Builder and one of Louisiana's leading homebuilders, dedicated to making an impact and creating an extraordinary experience for our Homeowners, Communities, and Associates by building quality homes and providing exceptional customer service, giving back to the communities in which we work and live, and fostering a culture of opportunity and growth for our Associates throughout their career.Join a Company that Empowers You to Build Your FutureThe Marketing Specialist will manage and oversee all digital components and campaigns for the division including, but not limited to, creating strategies and advertising initiatives for digital campaigns; scheduling, implementing, and monitoring social media platforms, email campaigns, paid search campaigns, display campaigns; and managing online listings.The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with regional and corporate channel teams to ensure all expectations and KPIs are being met, with the goal of continuously improving division digital campaigns.A career with purpose.A career built on making dreams come true.A career built on building zero-defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.Your Responsibilities on the TeamCreate and implement content using online content management systems and NewStar.Creation and oversight of website marketing content for community, amenity, floorplan pages, images, etc.Create landing pages and content as neededSchedule, implement, and monitor all social media content and advertisingSchedule, implement, and monitor all email marketing campaignsCollaborate with corporate channel teams for digital advertising and other marketing efforts while staying within allocated budgetsManage and oversee all listing platformsMonitor and report on web traffic and activity using web analytical toolsMake recommendations to improve online campaignsMaintain technical proficiency of content management tools, policies, and proceduresHandle complex projects independentlyManage and implement digital departmental budgets in order to measure and report on ROI performance of online marketing channelsCreate new opportunities to promote the division's communities, as well as fine-tune and improve existing digital campaigns with the goal of obtaining quality leads for sales associatesWork with the Corporate Communications team on implementing national initiatives and digital trendsReview and approve all digital creative processesThrough the proper channels, monitor the scheduling and implementation of all digital advertisements and promotionsIdentify trends across marketing channels and develop action points as neededEnsure all email and social media marketing are in compliance with Regional and Corporate branding and legal standardsCreate, report, and manage online marketing KPIsRequirementsMinimum High School Diploma or GED requiredAdvanced computer skills and technically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs3-5 years of experience in Web AdministrationProficient in the use of CanvaBachelor's Degree or related experience preferredExperience with image editing applicationsAbility to professionally perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlinesExcellent writing and organization skills - writing samples will be requestedTeam player with ability to work well under pressurePhysical & Office/Site Presence RequirementsThis is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. Also requires the ability to read plans, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds. Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork, and receiving/returning phone messages.
