Project Manager - Commercial Construction

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of the Milwaukee market and local building codes.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.Execution & Supervision: Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.Schedule Management: Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and progress reports.QualificationsProven experience (5+ years) managing commercial ground-up and renovation construction projects.Strong knowledge of Milwaukee building codes, permits, and local regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
