The OpportunityROEN is a fine jewelry house redefining modern luxury through masterful craftsmanship, intuitive design, and deeply personal relationships. As we open our first West Coast studio, we're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive San Francisco Studio Production Manager to orchestrate the behind-the-scenes magic that brings our bespoke engagement rings and fine jewelry to life.You'll work closely with our founders, sales team, designers, and master jewelers to ensure every project runs smoothly "” from sourcing diamonds to coordinating production timelines "” while upholding ROEN's exacting standards. This is a highly visible role at the center of our Bay Area operations and an opportunity to grow into a leadership position as we scale on the West Coast.Our San Francisco opening timeline is anchored to finding the right talent, and our founders will spend dedicated time in the Bay Area to help establish, train, and launch the studio alongside you. San Francisco is our first West Coast market, and we're excited to build a presence that matches the creativity and innovation of the Bay Area.Your RoleProduction & Manufacturing CoordinationOversee the full lifecycle of each bespoke project from stone sourcing to final deliveryManage daily communication with master jewelers, CAD designers, and setters to ensure timelines stay on trackSource diamonds and colored stones, review specifications, and present options to the sales teamDocument design changes, approvals, and special instructions with precisionInspect finished pieces for quality control before client deliveryStudio Operations & InventoryManage the day-to-day operations of the San Francisco studio, ensuring it reflects ROEN's highest standardsKeep inventory organized, track stones and finished goods, and oversee safe transfersCoordinate local deliveries, pickups, and logistics with urgency and careTimeline & Process ManagementMaintain accurate production timelines and flag risks or delays earlyKeep boards, CRM trackers, and shared team notes updated in real time for full visibilityCoordinate rush orders, resizing, or repairs with precision and discretionCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales & Client Advisors to align on client expectations and deadlinesAct as the bridge between client-facing and bench teams, ensuring clear and timely communicationSupport design iterations by coordinating CAD renders and facilitating approvalsContinuous ImprovementIdentify process bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvementsBuild relationships with local jewelers and vendors to strengthen ROEN's West Coast networkHelp refine production SOPs, pricing matrices, and quality-control processesWho We're Looking ForYou are highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrive when you have ownership over moving pieces.
