ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The role of Roswell Sales Manager (RSM) involves overseeing the Roswell Assistant Manager and the Roswell sales team with a focus on achieving sales goals and fostering team growth. This position demands a balance of leadership, sales expertise, and customer service to drive both team success and personal growth in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.Collaborate with and report to the Brown & Company Sales ManagerSupport, challenge, and mentor the Assistant Manager and sales team both as a group and as individualsHelp sales team cultivate strategies to close sales, solve challenges, and manage conflicts with colleagues and clientsEnsure the team meets or exceeds sales quotas regularlySupervise, guide, and provide feedback to the Assistant Manager and sales teamMaintain a clean and organized store environmentBuild strong relationships with both new and existing clientsTrack sales associates' progress toward monthly and annual goalsParticipate in sales meetings and trainings to monitor team developmentEnsure the store is well-stocked and products are displayed properlyCollaborate with the service department to foster teamwork between sales and service teamsAssist the inventory team when requiredHandle administrative tasks such as approving time off and overseeing the Assistant Manager in creating weekly schedules to ensure adequate sales floor coverageConduct one-on-one meetings with the Assistant Manager for individual developmentTrain the team on the Point of Sale (POS) and service systems, ensuring proficiency Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing, and ensuring safety protocols are followedPREFERRED SKILLSStrong knowledge of sales managementExcellent communication skillsConfidence and ability to train and develop othersLeadership and motivational abilitiesStrong organizational skillsCreative problem solving that benefits the company and the clientREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSAbility to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysExperience in fine jewelry, hospitality, or luxury sales.Flexibility to handle various tasks as business needs changeAuthorization to work in the United StatesProficiency with company POS systemsBrown & Co.
