Position OverviewAs a Sales Supervisor at Zadig & Voltaire's Aspen boutique, you play a pivotal role in driving store performance and fostering a culture of excellence. You support the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) in achieving sales goals and operational standards. In their absence, you serve as the store lead, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, exceptional customer service, and team development.Zadig & Voltaire is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.Key ResponsibilitiesLead your team to meet and exceed store sales targets as directed by the GM/AGMMaintain a strong floor presence to maximize selling opportunitiesEnsure a consistent positive and rewarding client experienceDeliver personalized customer service in line with brand values and standardsSupport key business initiatives and product launchesDrive clientele development through customer data collection and relationship-buildingLeverage marketing tools to engage clients and boost salesUtilize CRM technology to enhance client journey and experienceStay informed and passionate about the luxury fashion industry and market trendsEnsure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customersMaintain visual standards and ensure compliance with all company policies Note: This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations and team success.RequirementsSales & ServiceProven success in customer/clientele sales and meeting performance goalsCommitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectationsLeadership & OperationsExperience in team management, training, and performance techniquesAbility to manage priorities, multitask, and maintain attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsTechnical SkillsFamiliarity with retail POS systems, (Y2) Microsoft Office, and Google DocsComfortable using technology to support sales and enhance customer servicePersonal AttributesPassion for the contemporary / luxury fashionPositive, proactive, and collaborative mindsetFlexible, responsible, and self-motivatedEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor
