Hybrid 2x week in Plainfield, NJ Salary; $100-115K Senior Marketing Manager - Home Services IndustryWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives in the home services industry. This role requires proven expertise in campaign execution, brand management, and project leadership, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, media, collateral, email, social, and web).Oversee agency and vendor relationships to ensure accurate and timely execution.Use Salesforce CRM to track ROI and campaign performance.Launch and manage projects in Trello to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.Manage budgets, timelines, and marketing plans across multiple business areas.Support sales teams with local advertising, collateral, and special projects.Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and alignment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications preferred.10+ years' marketing experience (corporate or agency), preferably in the home services industry.Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Trello project management.Strong leadership, vendor management, and communication skills.Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and competing priorities.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k), and more.Work Model: Hybrid - two days per week on site in South Plainfield, NJ.
