Inside Sales Representative

ApplyDescriptionDesign Air is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Green Bay team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will interact with customers over the telephone or in person, providing accurate information and generating customer orders. In this role, you will provide support to our customers during regular business hours, 7:00am - 5:00pm.What You'll DoPromptly answer incoming telephone calls, emails, and text messages from customers while providing excellent customer service and follow-up if neededAssist customers in person with placing orders and/or answering questionsProvide information on products, availability, pricing, applications, and delivery in a prompt and accurate mannerGenerate customer orders via phone and in person through recommending products based on their specific needsProvide accurate information regarding item availability and timeline of ordering if requiredManage assigned house accounts with the goal of growth in salesAssist warehouse with order pulling and processing based upon call volumeMay perform special projects as assignedRequirementsWhat we're looking for3 years related industry experience and/or equivalent field work experienceKnowledge of HVAC products preferred, but not requiredAbility to communicate with customers over the telephone, email and/or in personGood listener with the ability to assess customer needGoal driven, action oriented, self-motivatedAble to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive and open minded mannerWell organized and represent the company in a professional mannerRelated degree is a plusWhat's In It For YouPerformance based competitive payIncentive payBenefits package for full-time employees - no waiting period!Retirement plan with a 6% company matchOpportunity for advancementEmployee purchase program
