We are looking for an experienced Superintendent who has experience with construction ground-up or renovation projects in the healthcare space to join our team.Position OverviewThe Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing on-site personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, particularly in health care construction contexts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and labor resources to ensure project milestones are met.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety and quality standards.Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.Ensure compliance with OSHPD regulations and other relevant health care construction standards.Qualifications5+ years as a Superintendent in the commercial construction industryStrong knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI regulations and health care construction standards.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ideally experience doing structural projects (e.g. pedestrian bridges)If you are a Superintendent with experience with Healthcare and/or Public Works Construction experience please read on!BenefitsHealthVisionDental3% 401kPTO/sick daysEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
