Civil Project Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Design, management and production of construction plans for various projects, including industrial, commercial, and educationalPreparing quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid specificationsReviewing and processing contractor submittalsPreparing site investigation and development feasibility reportsMaintaining project documentationCommunicate and maintain good client communicationPerform quantity takeoffs, shop drawing review, and prepare bid specificationsPerform quality control review of design projectsPresent projects to clients, agencies, municipalities, and the general public.Minimum Requirements· B.S. in Civil Engineering · P.E. registration or ability to obtain P.E. registration· 5 to 15 years' experience in Civil Engineering design related projects · Design experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3Dand HEC-RAS software · Familiarity with local agency approval processes a plus, but not required.Benefits Include:  Competitive Compensation  Medical and Dental Plans - Employee only responsible for 35% dependent premium  Flex Time work schedule - Work 4 nine-hour days and half day Fridays!  Life Insurance - Employer Covers  Long and Short-term Disability - Employer Covers  Vacation/Holiday/ Plus Sick Time  Simple IRA Plan  Flexible Spending Account
