Civil Engineering Intern

Pickering has an immediate, career opportunity for a Civil Engineering Intern. This position will work with other engineers, in-house architects, team leaders & clients for the civil site design for a wide variety of commercial, institutional and industrial projects. Clients include both local and national companies with project locations across the country. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience, grow their professional career and contribute in a team-oriented environment.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering• 1-4 yrs of civil engineering experience related to site design, development land use permitting• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment• Fundamentals of Engineering required/ PE Preferred
