Whether you're a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse, (LPN/LVN) or Paramedic (PMD), this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role in a regulated clinical setting "” where your work ensures donor safety, team performance, and quality plasma collection that supports patients worldwide.What You'll Do:Medical Oversight & Clinical LeadershipConduct pre-donation physical exams, review donor medical histories, and determine donor suitability/eligibility.Intervene during donor adverse events and provide medical guidance, escalating to the Chief Medical Director (CMD) when needed.Counsel donors with empathy and clarity on medical ineligibility or deferral decisions.Maintain current certification and clinical licensure as an LPN/LVN, or PMDTeam Leadership & Operational SupportSupervise day-to-day operations including donor flow, staff scheduling, and production efficiency.Serve as the acting Center Manager when needed, ensuring smooth operation and regulatory compliance.Lead daily briefings, delegate tasks, coordinate breaks, and guide problem-solving during peak times.Support inventory tracking, equipment functionality, and donation target management.Training, Compliance & Continuous ImprovementTrain, coach, and certify staff in medical and operational procedures.Oversee staff compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and internal SOPs.Conduct walk-throughs, review donor files, and participate in internal audits and CAPA processes in collaboration with Quality Assurance (QA).Collaborate with CMD and quality teams to uphold safety and performance metrics.Serve as a mentor for new hires and help shape a culture of accountability, care, and continuous learning.What to Expect:You'll work in a fast-paced, regulated environment where attention to detail, professionalism, and leadership are essential. You'll manage both people and processes, all while ensuring clinical safety standards are exceeded.
