SuperintendentPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-family high-rise residential projects, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site staff to ensure work is performed to the required standards.Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.Prepare and review schedules, budgets, and project plans to ensure effective execution of construction projects.Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates and address any concerns.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner to maintain project momentum.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family and high-rise residential construction.Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
