Luxury Custom Home Builder - SuperintendentLocation: Delray Beach, FLPackage: Up to $125k + benefits (+$25k bonus)We Search People are working in partnership with one of the best luxury custom home builders in Florida who also specialize large ground up custom homes up to $40 million - to identify an experienced luxury custom home superintendent to be based around Delray Beach, FLOur client are offering an outstanding salary & benefits package, in addition to long-term progression.ResponsibilitiesSupervise all phases of luxury custom home construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Manage site operations daily, including scheduling, inspections, and overall coordination of subcontractors and vendors.Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors.Conduct thorough reviews of construction plans, specifications, and design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in ConstructionGround up experience5+ years experience in a similar positionLuxury custom home building experience is advantageousWorked on projects valued minimum of $10millionApply below to find out more!
