Position OverviewThe Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy civil construction, particularly in roadway and bridge projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of construction projectsCoordinate and supervise construction crews and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesMonitor project progress and prepare regular reports for managementManage project budgets and schedules effectivelyCommunicate with clients, architects, and other stakeholdersResolve on-site issues and conflicts as they ariseConduct inspections and ensure quality control throughout the construction processQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil constructionStrong knowledge of roadway and bridge construction techniquesExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and understand blueprints and technical drawingsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferredOSHA certification and other relevant safety trainingEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
