We are launching an integrated behavioral health program within our primary care practices"”and we're looking for experienced, flexible, and mission-driven clinicians to help us build it.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with at least three years of experience in behavioral health. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an integrative behavioral health model, preferably within a primary care or ambulatory setting.
