They are hiring for a Senior Marketing Manager - someone with a strong understanding of AI technology, and hands-on with technical writing and developing PR + engagement.They'll look to match or better FAANG packages!Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives.Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, events, and content.Drive SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and backlink strategy.Collaborate with PR agencies to craft compelling narratives and secure media coverage.Partner with technical writers and subject matter experts to produce in-depth blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.Organize and manage participation in conferences, webinars, and industry events.Partner with engineering, product, business development, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with company priorities.Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Qualifications:7 Years minimum experience of marketing in tech companies, ideally in tech, AI, and biotech.Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, seamlessly shifting between big-picture thinking and detailed implementation.Demonstrated success in designing and executing cohesive, multi-channel marketing campaigns.Skilled storyteller with a talent for turning complex AI and technology concepts into clear, engaging narratives.Proven ability in collaborating with PR agencies and well-versed in media relations, press cycles, and the development of thought leadership.Outstanding skills in communication, teamwork, and project management.Driven by a passion for AI, technology, and innovation, with the ability to excel in fast-paced, constantly changing environments.Experience with Cloudflare (DNS, caching, SSL, firewall management)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (nice to have)Benefits:Competitive salary (dependent on experience)52 remote days per yearMatch or improve FAANG packagesJoin a high growth-org who are building the 'OpenAI of Biology'Opportunities for career growth and leadership development.??
