We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead brand and customer acquisition efforts for Chapter Aesthetic Studio. This leader will own the marketing strategy and execution across brand, digital commerce, CRM, paid and organic media, and local marketing. With full P&L responsibility, the Senior Director will drive growth by building integrated campaigns, optimizing the customer journey, and guiding a cross-functional team toward ambitious revenue and brand objectives.This role requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and collaborative leadership. The successful candidate will be a strong operator with proven experience scaling businesses, leading teams, and delivering measurable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute an integrated growth marketing strategy across brand, digital commerce, CRM, media (paid & organic), and local marketing.Define and own marketing KPIs tied to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Lead P&L responsibility for marketing investment, ensuring efficient allocation of budget to maximize business outcomes.Team & Cross-Functional LeadershipManage and mentor 2 direct reports (manager-level), fostering professional development and high performance.Provide direction to a cross-functional marketing team spanning Digital Commerce, CRM, Social (organic & paid), and Creative.Partner with Operations, Analytics, and Studio leadership to align marketing strategies with business priorities and customer needs.Customer Acquisition & Digital GrowthOversee paid and organic media campaigns to drive lead generation, acquisition, and retention.Scale digital commerce and e-commerce initiatives, optimizing the customer journey and conversion funnels.Lead CRM strategy to improve lifecycle marketing, personalization, and customer loyalty.Brand & Local MarketingEvolve the Chapter Aesthetic Studio brand strategy to strengthen market positioning and consumer connection.Drive consistency of messaging across national campaigns while tailoring strategies to support local studio marketing.Partner with creative teams to deliver compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.Data-Driven InsightsMonitor, analyze, and report on performance across all marketing channels; provide insights to inform strategic decisions.Leverage data, testing, and analytics to optimize campaign performance, channel mix, and creative.Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape to inform innovation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including acquisition, brand, and digital commerce.Proven track record in P&L management and driving measurable business growth.Experience leading and developing teams, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, CRM, e-commerce, analytics).Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to balance data with creativity.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchingPaid time off and holiday scheduleProfessional development and growth opportunitiesHybrid work model with flexible hoursIf you are an applicant residing in California, please view our privacy policy here: Salary: Annual pay range: $185,000 - $218,000, plus bonus/incentives A generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
