In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of advanced freeze-drying equipment used in industrial and pharmaceutical applications. If you have experience with complex machinery and a passion for delivering top-quality service, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation of freeze-drying equipmentTroubleshoot system errors and failures; identify root causes and implement corrective actionsSupport equipment installation and commissioning at customer sitesAssist with equipment production, testing, and customer support when not travelingMaintain accurate documentation and service recordsProvide on-call support per service agreementsRepresent the company with professionalism and a strong customer service approach at all client locationsDevelop and maintain positive client relationshipsRequired Skills & Experience:Technical certificate in electro-mechanical or process disciplines, or associate degree in a technical field with 3-5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent hands-on experience)Understanding of control systems (PC/PLC architectures)Experience with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex industrial equipmentAbility to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and drawingsStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve equipment issues independentlyHighly organized and capable of managing multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel extensively and provide on-call support as neededPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in FDA-regulated or other highly controlled environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, etc.)Familiarity with freeze-drying processesStrong commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining long-term client relationships
