You'll follow proven KPIs, collaborate with marketing and field sales, and take ownership of your success, all while contributing to a fun and competitive team culture for a company that will celebrate 105 years in business next year! You will work focused on an assigned territory, collaborating closely with the Regional Sales Reps to maximize field coverage and ensure a seamless team approach to customer engagement.This role can also be a launching pad. Successful Inside Sales Reps can move into field sales, leadership, marketing, or other career paths within GC America. Experience managing a sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and converting prospects to customers.Technology/EquipmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
