The ideal candidate will have a deep background in the remodeling phases of kitchens and bathrooms, with hands-on expertise in tile work, cabinetry installation, light plumbing, light electrical work, and drywall. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Anderson Township.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute various installation projects, including tile work, cabinetry, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical tasks.Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications and timelines.Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and maintain efficient workflow.Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Lead Installer with a strong background in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms.Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with tile installation, cabinetry, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical work.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience. $30/$25 Plus hourly.Paid time off.Opportunities for professional growth and development.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their relevant experience to Steven@.
