As a leader at Raptor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented engineers and managers in one of the most exciting civil engineering firms in the Denver.Raptor Civil is looking for a seasoned or blooming leader to continue our amazing growth path.Job Description:Raptor is seeking a Civil Engineer w/ 10+ years of land development civil engineering experience to manage preparation of design and construction drawings as well as writing technical reports. This job is full-time, in-person between our two Denver area offices.The Director of Civil Engineering shall have professional experience and knowledge regarding land development engineering tasks on Commercial and Residential projects. Experience in Denver areas is strongly encouraged. Land Development experience is required. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from A.B.E.T. Accredited schoolProfessionally Licensed Engineer in Colorado or ability to quickly obtainExpert level Civil3D skills10-15 years of land development experienceDrive to lead a team and spearhead civil designAbility to make important design decisionsDemand for exceptional customer service, quality, and communicationStrong communication skills including in-person, e-mail, and phoneFront Range Jurisdictional ExperienceTransportation engineering experienceWastewater engineering experienceDetention and water quality design experienceDrainage report experienceSkills in Word, Excel and Adobe AcrobatEagerness to think both creatively and technicallyDetail-orientatedRemain agile and solutions-oriented in high pressure situationsRaptor Civil Engineering offers industry leading benefits and flexibility.
