This role combines technical expertise with compassionate patient care in a fast-paced healthcare setting.What You'll DoPerform screening & diagnostic mammograms (per ACR, FDA, MQSA standards)Operate & maintain mammography equipment; perform QA/QC checksEnsure accurate positioning & high-quality imagesAssist with diagnostic procedures (stereotactic, ultrasound & MRI-guided biopsies)Provide clear, empathetic communication & patient supportMaintain accurate documentation in PACS, RIS & EMR systemsFollow HIPAA, infection control & radiation safety protocolsWhat We're Looking ForARRT (R) & (M) Mammography certification (or eligibility)Associate's/Bachelor's in Radiologic Technology (or related)2+ years of mammography experience preferredProficiency in 3D Tomosynthesis & imaging systems (PACS, RIS, EMR)Strong communication & interpersonal skillsCurrent BLS certification
