Responsibilities include:Managing and maintaining accurate financial recordsSupports the overall marketing and leasing efforts for the propertyPrepare monthly survey reports to analyze real estate trends and local market conditionsPosting and reconciling transactions from receipts, invoices, and other documentationMaintaining resident files and systemsOffers recommendations to management regarding improvements to the overall operation of the communityAssisting residents and resolving concerns with professionalism and careSupervising leasing and maintenance teams in the absence of the Community ManagerWhat We're Looking For2-3 years of experience in assistant property management within the multi-family industryProficiency in Yardi or similar property management software preferredStrong attention to detail and task orientationExcellent decision-making and problem-solving skillsAbout MAXX PropertiesEstablished in 1936, MAXX Properties is a family-owned company with over 85 years of real estate experience.
