Safety ManagerPosition OverviewThe Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment within our construction projects. This role is crucial for complying with local regulations and maintaining the safety of all personnel involved in infrastructure development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company standards.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and risks on construction sites.Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote a culture of safety on all job sites.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field preferredBilingual English and SpanishProven experience as a Safety Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards in construction.Strong communication and leadership skills to engage employees and management on safety matters.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
