The Residential Sales & Growth Manager is a key leadership role responsible for scaling the agent base, improving overall agent productivity, and building a strong company culture through strategic training, marketing, social media, and business development initiatives. This leader ensures the brokerage becomes the most desirable independent firm for top-performing agents in Atlanta.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & RetentionDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to onboard 17+ new agents in the next 6 months.Conduct interviews, onboard new agents, and ensure cultural and performance fit.Monitor agent satisfaction and implement retention programs (mentorship, recognition, rewards).Productivity & TrainingDesign and deliver weekly coaching/training sessions on contracts, compliance, CRM, sales strategy, negotiations, and marketing.Set and track productivity benchmarks (listings, closings, lead conversion).Provide 1:1 agent performance consultations and personalized improvement plans.Marketing & Social MediaBuild and manage company-wide branding and social presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).Develop agent marketing toolkits and content calendars.Coordinate with graphic designers or freelancers when needed.Business DevelopmentIdentify lead generation opportunities (referral programs, local sponsorships, networking).Partner with vendors (mortgage lenders, home inspectors, title companies) to create co-branded events or promotions.Organize and host monthly public-facing events and internal social events.Operations SupportReport weekly performance metrics to the Principal Broker.Collaborate with the principal broker on long-term strategic planning and agent compensation ideas.Maintain knowledge of Georgia real estate law and ensure brokerage compliance.QualificationsGeorgia Real Estate Broker license (active).Minimum 5 years' experience in residential real estate.Demonstrated success in agent development and recruiting.Strong public speaking, leadership, and coaching skills.Social media and basic digital marketing proficiency (Canva, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems).
