About UsWe are a family-owned entrepreneurial real estate company with a tight-knit team of 14 professionals. We handle all leasing, development, and property management in-house across our 1.9M square foot industrial portfolio, primarily located in the Carolinas. Our growth has been doubling in size annually, and leasing is where much of our value creation happens.The RoleWe're seeking a motivated sales individual looking to sell a great product for large commissions. This role will represent our owned properties and market vacancies as available for lease to brokers and potential tenants. You'll work with our BDR team, make direct outbound calls to prospects, and negotiate tenant buildouts while supporting our acquisition efforts. We are not requiring any broker or commercial real estate experience, but would like a proven track record of high achieving sales. This role offers significant growth potential in a company where your impact is immediately visible.Key ResponsibilitiesProactive outbound sales - make direct calls to generate broker and tenant leads and close dealsTenant negotiations - take time to understand tenants needs and negotiate leases with buildouts that are a win-winSales operations - work with BDRs to manage data, email campaigns, market segmentation, and focus account-based marketingPortfolio support - assist with acquisitions and underwriting across our marketsRelationship building - develop tenant and broker relationships primarily in the CarolinasTravel - visit properties regularly for tenant toursWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Outbound sales experience and successComfort with cold calling and direct prospectingSales operations skills - data management, email marketing, market segmentationStrong negotiation and communication abilitiesInterest to learn about different tenants industrial businessesWillingness to learn underwriting and finance basicsValid driver's license and ability to travelPreferred:Industrial leasing or commercial real estate experienceGreater Charlotte area locationAccount-based marketing experienceExisting relationships with industrial tenants/brokers in the SoutheastCompensation & GrowthPerformance-based commission structureTotal target compensation: $150,000 - $200,000+Full benefits packageOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding portfolioWork the full life cycle of deals: prospect and acquire properties, lease them and sell them.ApplySubmit your resume and brief cover letter explaining why you're excited about this growth opportunity.
