A leading multi-service organization in Queens, NY is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join its team as their new Clinical Supervisor. In this role, the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to Behavioral Analysts and BIS staff within various residences.About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends optional!)Hours: 7am to 3pm or8am to 4pm or9am to 5pmHours: 37.5 hours per weekSetting: Group Homes and Apartment BuildingsResponsibilities:Developing and revising policies and procedures for the departmentProviding administrative and clinical supervision to BIS staffActing as a liaison between Behavioral Services and clinical departmentsEnsuring proper documentation and compliance with OPWDD standardsDeveloping and implementing in-service training for staffQualifications:2+ years of related work experienceMaster's Degree in PsychologyBoard Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certificationExperience in Developmental DisabilitiesProficiency in Behavioral Analysis and support plan implementationEffective communication and interpersonal skillsDesired Skills:Previous experience in an Administrative and/or Leadership roleAdvanced knowledge of Positive Behavioral SupportsProficiency in EMR systems like PrecisionCare
