Renowned for delivering exceptional customer experiences, this retailer is seeking an experienced, client-focused professional who thrives in a high-touch, upscale environment.Responsibilities:Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goalsMaintain proactive communication with management regarding sales performanceBuild and maintain a robust client book through personalized outreach (phone, email, mail, events)Support store marketing initiatives, in-store events, and promotional campaignsProactively resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyaltyStay current on fashion trends and product knowledge to provide tailored recommendationsAccurately mark garments for custom tailoring and alterationsUphold daily store presentation standards through re-merchandising, restocking, and light upkeepParticipate in markdown execution and assist with creating impactful in-store displaysQualifications:Outgoing, driven, and passionate about fashion and sales5+ years of retail experience (luxury or men's tailored clothing preferred)Strong communication skills with a proven sales recordProficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree preferredFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredBenefits:Base salary + commission + team bonusEmployee discount on luxury apparelPaid vacation and holidays401(k) planAxios Professional Recruitment - an entirely employee-owned company - is the largest independent employer in West Michigan.
