Location: Greater DFW, TXFull-Time | Executive Level Our client is a Private-Equity backed, mid-sized consumer durable business. With an established business and positive brand reputation, the business is known to be a major player in the sector. As it continues to win market share and expand into adjacent markets, the board and executive leadership is hiring a digitally native Head of Marketing to further expand and elevate their business with full-funnel, performance marketing strategies. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Head of Marketing to lead our performance marketing strategy efforts while overlooking a full-stack in-house marketing team. This executive will be responsible for driving customer acquisition & journey, and lifetime value through a full-funnel marketing approach, while also safeguarding and elevating our brand reputation. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in SEO, Paid Media, CRM, Conversion Optimization, and LTV/CAC modeling, and a passion for building high-performing teams in the consumer durables space. Experience in B2B2C marketing and supporting a customer service call center is highly desired. Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing Leadership Own and optimize the full digital marketing funnel across SEO, SEM, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic channels. Drive measurable growth in customer acquisition and retention while maintaining efficient CAC and maximizing LTV. Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across web and mobile platforms. Develop and deliver regular CRO performance reports to executive leadership, highlighting key insights, test outcomes, and optimization opportunities.CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Oversee CRM strategy including email, SMS, and acquisition programs to increase engagement and increase purchase rates. Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to improve customer experience and ROI. Brand & Reputation Management Develop and execute brand positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences. Monitor and manage brand reputation across digital platforms, review sites, and social media. Analytics & Budgeting Build and manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and performance metrics. Partner with analytics teams to develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for real-time performance tracking.Team Leadership Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketers, analysts, and creatives. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in driving business growth through full-funnel performance marketing, preferably in B2B2C or a longer cycle B2C environment. Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, CRM, CRO, and marketing analytics. Strong understanding of LTV/CAC dynamics and financial modeling. Experience managing a full-stack in-house marketing team with a multi-million dollar marketing budget. Highly entrepreneurial with a "can do" attitude and strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. SE#510746053
