IT Manager / Digital Systems Lead

J.R. Dunn Jewelers, one of the nation's premier luxury jewelers, is seeking an IT Manager to oversee our technology operations and lead digital improvements across the business. This role blends hands-on IT support with system management and project leadership. You'll ensure our systems run smoothly day-to-day while driving efficiency and integration across departments.Responsibilities include:Manage Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365 Sales, Power BI, and Shopify.Oversee IT infrastructure, network, security systems, and O365 accounts.Support financial reporting, inventory, and ERP/CRM integrations.Deliver dashboards and automate workflows with Power BI and Power Automate.Provide IT support, staff training, and create SOPs for system use.Coordinate with vendors and lead technology upgrades and projects.Qualifications:5+ years IT management experience.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics 365.Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.Background in IT infrastructure and system integrations.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.At J.R.
