We embrace a laid-back, coastal lifestyle culture while promoting work-life balance, flexibility, and personal well-being.What We Are Looking For:We are looking for an ambitious, execution oriented Inside Sales Representative to help drive our company's growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and eager learner who excels in communication and thrives in a collaborative setting. You will play a key role in generating new business leads and contributing to a positive team atmosphere that values both productivity and balance. This is an in-person role.Key Responsibilities:•Proactively engage potential customers through outbound cold calls and emails (90-150 contacts daily).•Identify, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales pipeline.•Conduct market research to identify new prospects and business opportunities.•Assist in administrative and day-to-day operational tasks to support sales activities.•Maintain accurate records in our CRM and other sales tools.Position Structure and Compensation:This role offers growth potential, with the opportunity to transition into an Industry Sales Lead position within 2-3 years based on performance. We are committed to supporting your growth through training and mentorship.•Hourly Wage: $25-27 per hour with overtime opportunities.•On-Target Earnings (Year 1): $52,000-$60,000 (base pay plus commission potential).•Start Date: Immediate availability.What Success Looks Like:Success in this position will be defined by your ability to generate qualified leads, actively contribute to team goals, and continuously develop your skills.
