Employer Job Title:Regional Sales Manager (West Coast and Caribbean)We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to represent the company in the western part of the United States and Caribbean. Regional Manager will have an integral part in Pasquale Bruni's five-year business development plan. With an emphasis on working with a selective distribution network there will be a strong focus on sell out, proper inventory management and representation, and enhancing the maison's presence at the point of sale. Leading to a strong GMROI for the wholesale partner and the achievement of Pasquale Bruni's business benchmarks.Job Duties: Develop a per-door business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of individual account's sell out and sell in objectives.Achieve high levels of sales performance and goals as established by the Managing Director.Manage day to day relationships with accounts within the region on a continuous basis to share product and maison information, and ensure satisfactory customer service.Collaborate with Managing Director and Sales and Operations team on sales forecasting, assortment planning, inventory management, and timely replenishment.Collaborate with the respective accounts and Pasquale Bruni's Marketing and Communications team on the creation of the coop budget and strategy per door. Train and coach each door's sales advisors on the history, product knowledge, and selling points to ensure a strong client experience at the point of sale.Travel to customer locations monthly to support with visual merchandising, review of assortments, and ad-hoc trainings, as needed.Support selling events including strategic trunk shows to drive sell out opportunities with the wholesale partners.Provides sales reporting and analysis to Managing Director and Sales and Operations team.Review and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.Facilitate in collections if requested by accounts receivable.Demonstrate a deep understanding of the jewelry industry and maintain a rich product knowledge relating to jewelry production processes and gemstones;Perform other related duties as assigned.Education & Experience Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing (or foreign equivalent). Must have + 3 years' experience within the luxury jewelry industry involving marketing and selling precious and semi-precious gem product lines. Candidate must have experience in the creation of assortment plans, sales forecasting, and visual merchandising to ensure a strong presence at the point of sale. Should have established contacts with the jewelry accounts in the territory.Sound Knowledge and experience with Excel.Willingness to travel 75% of the time is required for this role?Preferably based in LA county, Driver License required
