Currently specialize in weight loss, we are rapidly expanding into new areas of treatment.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Marketing Manager who can develop a strategy and execute on pursuing innovative channels of marketing, set direction of our campaigns and also craft compelling, persuasive copy that resonates with our audience. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution "” ensuring our brand voice is consistent, engaging, and effective across all channels.Key Responsibilities•Own and develop the brand voice, ensuring it is consistent across all marketing materials.•Write high-quality copy for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, website content, and social media.•Provide creative direction and oversee design/copy alignment for multi-channel campaigns.•Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver cohesive marketing assets.•Conduct A/B testing on messaging and refine copy for maximum impact and conversion.•Lead market research to understand customer psychology, competitor positioning, and emerging trends.•Analyze campaign results and adapt creative/copy strategies accordingly.•Manage marketing calendar, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.•Lead initiatives to expand audienceQualifications•Bachelor's degree•5+ years of marketing experience with strong copywriting background.•Proven portfolio of writing across digital and traditional channels.•Strong creative judgment and ability to direct visuals and messaging.•Excellent storytelling skills "” able to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling language.•Data-driven approach; familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools.•Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Ideally understands GLP-1 medication Very strong organizational skillsPreferred Skills•Comfort with both short-form persuasive ad copy and long-form content marketing.•Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing copy best practices.•Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite) and campaign platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Meta Ads).
