Resource Coordinator We're looking for a Resource Coordinator to join our team and support both internal and external customers. This role plays a key part in ensuring the right people, tools, and processes are in place to deliver success.What you'll do:Recruit, onboard, and coordinate employee assignments with customersEnsure employees have required training, IT tools, and uniformsManage assignments and data entry in SalesforceHandle payroll coordination, evaluations, and performance follow-upCollaborate with colleagues across HR, payroll, and operationsSupport workforce planning, forecasting, and resource needsAuthor and update policies and procedures as neededWhat we're looking for:3+ years of experience in a related roleStrong team player with proactive communication skillsExperience with recruiting and Salesforce preferredResults-oriented and adaptable to shifting customer needsThis is a high-impact, team-driven role where you'll help ensure our workforce is set up for success while contributing to the overall growth of the team.Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
