Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Sales Manager - Millwork Interiors.Reports to: Executive LeadershipDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentIndustry: Interior Millwork / Commercial Interiors / Architectural WoodworkPosition Summary:The Sales Manager - Millwork Interiors is responsible for developing and leading the sales strategy for interior architectural millwork solutions. This role oversees all sales activities including client acquisition, key account management, and business development in commercial, residential, and institutional markets. The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in building client relationships, collaborating with design and operations teams, and ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.Identify emerging markets and shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.Client & Project Engagement:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, designers, and developers.Oversee complex bidding processes and project negotiations from pre-construction through final closeout.Revenue & Forecasting:Set and meet sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.Develop sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to track performance and growth opportunities.Collaboration & Coordination:Work cross-functionally with design, estimating, production, and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational capabilities.Market Intelligence:Stay current with industry trends, materials, code requirements, and innovations in millwork and interior design.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.Qualifications:8-10+ years of progressive sales experience in millwork, architectural interiors, or related building materials industry.Proven track record in driving B2B sales in construction or design-build environments.Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction processes.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (MBA a plus).Preferred Experience:Experience in custom millwork, casework, or architectural woodwork manufacturing.Existing relationships with developers, general contractors, and design firms.SE# 510740456
