Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety protocols and practices within our electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing safety training, and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and industry standards.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Lead safety training sessions for employees and contractors to promote safe work practices.Perform hazard analysis and risk assessments for electrical construction projects.Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety measures are integrated into project planning and execution.Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of safety training, accidents, and safety inspections.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or similar certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management within the construction industry, with a focus on electrical projects.Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical safety standards.Proficiency in hazard analysis and risk assessment techniques.Excellent communication and leadership skills.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommuteEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
