SuperintendentPosition OverviewThe Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom and luxury home construction, with a focus on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily construction activities and supervise on-site personnel.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines.Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in construction, specifically with custom and luxury homes.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
