We're pioneering a new low-ABV wine & spirits category in the alcohol beverage industry "” and we're looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Representative to launch and grow our presence in Northern California.This is a career-defining opportunity to sell a new product with zero competition in its category.The RoleWe're hiring a Beverage Sales Representative / Alcohol Sales Manager who knows the Bay Area market. Experience in wine, spirits, or alcohol beverage sales is a plus, but not required "” what matters most is being a natural salesperson who loves building relationships, winning new accounts, and driving sales volume.You'll represent Ola Sol across on-premise and off-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, and retailers) while working closely with distributor partners. Once the market is established, you'll also have the opportunity to hire and train your own sales teamWe're open to part-time, contract, and full-time candidates.What You'll DoDrive alcohol beverage salesOpen new accounts, build strong relationships, and secure re-orders.Tell the Ola Sol storyEducate distributors, retailers, bartenders, and consumers about agave wine.Build cocktail programsCreate easy-to-implement offerings that increase volume and margin.Work the marketMinimum 4 days per week calling on accounts (bars, restaurants, retail).Distributor managementPartner with our distributor team to ensure alignment and growth.Plan & execute strategyDevelop monthly sales plans, manage budgets, and hit KPIs.Host trainings & tastingsConduct brand education and build awareness through events.Stay compliantEnsure all sales practices follow state & company laws/policies.Who You Are2+ years of outside sales or beverage/alcohol sales experience preferred.Strong knowledge of the Bay Area alcohol market and account relationships a plus.Passion for wine, agave, and cocktail culture (you know how to make a great margarita).Entrepreneurial, self-starter who thrives in a new category sales environmentSkilled at relationship building, negotiation, and closing dealsOrganized, results-oriented, and comfortable with both strategy and execution.Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).Compensation & PerksBase salary + uncapped commission/bonus (expected 15-25% of salary).Meaningful equity stake (vested over 4 years for full-time hires).Make your own schedule with flexible structure: Part-time, contract, or full-time considered.Ground-floor opportunity to build a career in alcohol beverage sales leadershipOther NotesSales brokers and independent beverage sales reps welcome to apply.
