SCCM Administrator

SCCM Engineer: looking for an experienced SCCM engineer to join and help the client manage desktop and server infrastructure in stores. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, configuring, and providing level 4 support. Ensuring the health and security of our clients and servers is key.Responsibilities:Plan, design, and implement SCCM infrastructure and site systemsDeploy and update operating systems, applications, and patches using SCCMMonitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and compliance issuesCreate and maintain SCCM reports and dashboardsDevelop and document SCCM policies, procedures, and best practicesCollaborate with other IT teams to ensure SCCM integration and compatibilityProvide technical support and guidance to L2 and L3 teamsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (not required)8+ years of experience in SCCM administration and engineeringIn-depth knowledge of SCCM architecture, features, and components (required)Proficient in PowerShell scripting and SQL queries (required)Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (required)Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and Azure (plus)Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsCertification in SCCM, Microsoft, or ITIL (plus)
