FirstFour Staffing is seeking an experienced Software Specialist for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established company in the Gulf Coast region. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys optimizing ERP systems, streamlining workflows, and building user-friendly tech solutions across departments.Responsibilities:Administer and maintain ERP systems and business applications (Sage X3 preferred)Troubleshoot application issues and respond to user support requestsBuild custom reports, dashboards, and automation toolsCollaborate across departments and with vendors to support integrations and system enhancementsParticipate in ERP implementations, testing, upgrades, and trainingDocument procedures and develop clear, user-focused training materialsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in application administration, data management, or similarExperience with ERP platforms and business softwareFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Python, VBA, and advanced Excel functionsStrong communication, analytical, and project management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plusA passion for solving problems and continuous improvement
