We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Manager. This role involves providing exceptional service to our retail customers while also overseeing and coordinating memorable birthday parties for children and adults. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for both retail customers and party attendees, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining a well-organized and enjoyable environment.Responsibilities:Retail SalesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerProvide product information, recommendations, and assistance with purchasesProcess transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain a well-stocked and visually appealing retail areaMonitor inventory levels and replenish merchandise as neededAssist with pricing, promotions, and displays to optimize salesBirthday Party ManagementCoordinate and manage all aspects of birthday parties, including planning, setup, execution, and cleanupInteract with customers to understand their party requirements and preferencesOffer guidance and suggestions on party themes, activities, and packagesSchedule and book party reservations, ensuring proper coordination with customers and staffPrepare party rooms, decorations, and supplies based on the chosen themeFacilitate party activities, such as games, crafts, and entertainmentEnsure the safety and well-being of party guests at all timesAddress and resolve any customer concerns or issues during partiesCollaborate with the retail team to promote and upsell party packages and related merchandiseManagementManage and own all interactions within the studioAvailable to work all weekdays (Monday- Friday schedule) 12-6PM Lead the team and keep assistants on taskManage store operations such as restock, back stock, and updating inventories
