As a Solutions Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our GTM team to position our company's solutions to marketing executives, helping to showcase and sell the value we bring.You will also engage directly with prospective clients to map out the best strategies and solutions for their specific needs as they come on board. Your role will involve understanding and identifying client pain points, designing solution roadmaps, and facilitating smooth transitions into our services team.2X has a highly skilled sales team and this is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in marketing to help the sales team reach our company's growth numbers.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the sales team to position our solutions and offerings to prospective marketing clients.Conduct in-depth needs assessments with marketing executives to understand their goals and pain points.Develop tailored solution proposals that align with client needs, demonstrating the strategic value of our services.Provide technical and strategic guidance throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns and demonstrating the ROI of our offerings.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., delivery, sales, consulting, account management) to refine solution offerings and improve the customer journey.Stay updated on industry trends, marketing challenges, and competitive offerings to better position our services.Qualifications:Proven experience in a solutioning, presales, sales, marketing, or sales consulting - specifically within the marketing sector.Strong understanding of marketing strategy, tools, and technologies used by B2B marketing executives.Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and persuasively to marketing leaders.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously.
